Brown Sugar – Product Description
Brown sugar is a partially refined or refined cane sugar with natural molasses retained or added back, giving it a characteristic brown color, soft texture, and rich caramel-like flavor. It is widely used in bakery, confectionery, beverages, sauces, cereals, desserts, and ethnic cuisines. The natural molasses content provides enhanced moisture retention, making baked goods softer and chewier.
Premium brown sugar is commonly available in:

- Dark Brown Sugar – stronger caramel and molasses notes
- Demerara Sugar – larger golden crystals, crunchy texture
